Data and purposes

• Email address, Stripe identifiers, plan and renewal date: payment, invoicing, subscription and support.
• Licence key, device allowance and pseudonymous device identifier: activation and fraud prevention.
• Temporary codes and security logs: secure customer-account access.

Stan AI performs computer analysis locally. Personal file contents are not sent to the licence server by default.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract, legal accounting duties, legitimate interest in securing the service, and consent where required.

Recipients

EMBS Informatique and strictly necessary providers, including Stripe for payments and OVHcloud for hosting and email. Data is not sold.

Retention

Account information is retained during the subscription and then for applicable accounting and dispute limitation periods. Login codes expire after a few minutes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability at stanai@embsinformatique.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Stan AI never receives your Stripe password. Sensitive keys and codes are protected.
