Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose

These terms govern consumer subscriptions to the Stan AI Windows software sold remotely by EMBS Informatique.

Plans and VAT-inclusive prices

The price shown before payment prevails. Recurring payments are processed by Stripe.

Order and activation

The subscription starts after payment confirmation. The licence is emailed and made available in the secure customer account.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. It may be cancelled at any time through the customer account and Stripe portal.

Withdrawal right

Immediate supply of digital content or services before the statutory withdrawal period ends requires the consumer’s express request and, where legally applicable, acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right.

Digital conformity warranty

EMBS Informatique is responsible for lack of conformity under applicable law. Necessary conformity and security updates are supplied during the contract. Contact: stanai@embsinformatique.fr.

Support and availability

No software can guarantee detection of every threat or complete absence of errors. Destructive operations require user confirmation.

Disputes

French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. A competent consumer mediator may be contacted after an unresolved written complaint.
