Stan AI software licence

Licence grant

EMBS Informatique grants the subscriber a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use Stan AI while the subscription remains active.

Device allowance

The licence permits 1, 2 or 3 PCs depending on the plan. An old device may be deactivated before activating a replacement.

Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, publish or share the key; bypass activation; decompile except where mandatory law permits; remove ownership notices; or distribute a modified copy.

Local data and actions

Stan AI may read technical PC information and run Windows actions requested by the user. Sensitive or destructive operations must be confirmed.

Updates

Corrective, functional and security updates may be installed during the subscription.

Termination

When the subscription expires or is cancelled, the right to use the software ends and paid functions may be disabled. Customer documents remain the customer’s property.

Ownership

Stan AI and its components remain the property of EMBS Informatique and their respective owners.
